Online & Mobile Banking Deletion
Online/Mobile Banking App users may request deletion of their Online/Mobile Banking App account profile, related user data, and any associated service features. Upon completion of your request, this data will no longer be accessible or available to any party.
Your request applies to deleting both Online Banking and Mobile Banking App services, as well as all associated features such as:
- Bill Payment (scheduled payments will be cancelled)
- Card Controls
- e-Statements (paper statement fee may apply)
- External Funds Transfer
- Money Management
If you would like to use these services in the future, you will need to register for them again.
To request deletion of your Online Banking/Mobile Banking App services and related data, please call our Tech Center at (800) 276-8324. One of our team members will validate your request and initiate the process.
Your Tech Credit Union accounts will remain active, and your account transaction history will remain in our main system as long as your accounts are open.
